Night Supervisor.

Westview Centre Motel Ltd. in Powell River, BC is looking for a Night Supervisor to work with our team. Title: Night Supervisor Opening: 1 position (Permanent, Full-time) Salary: CAD 25.50 – 28.50 per hour, At least 30 hours per week Benefit: 4% of gross pay or 10 days of paid vacation Location: 4534 Marine Ave, Powell River, BC V8A 2K4 Requirements: • Completion of secondary education is required • Minimum 1 year of experience in accommodation services is an asset Main Duties: • Oversee and review the work of night shift front desk clerks and housekeeping attendants. • Set night shift rosters and operating procedures, and liaise with the day shift manager. • Address guest complaints and operational issues arising overnight. • Recruit and instruct night shift staff in front desk procedures, cash handling, fire and emergency safety procedures and motel policies. • Order linens, guest amenities, cleaning supplies and front desk materials as needed. • May carry out the same duties as the night shift staff supervised.
