• Develop and implement marketing and student recruitment strategies to promote the Institute’s educational and professional training programs, including Medical Office Administration, Personal Support Worker, Diagnostic Cardiac Sonography, and healthcare certification and examination preparation programs. • Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with student recruitment agencies, educational consultants, community organizations, and other referral partners to increase awareness of the Institute’s programs and generate prospective student inquiries. • Assess program characteristics, target student demographics, and recruitment needs to recommend appropriate promotional approaches, outreach initiatives, and marketing opportunities for different academic and professional training programs. • Prepare and coordinate promotional materials, program presentations, brochures, information packages, email campaigns, and other marketing content for prospective students, recruitment partners, community organizations, and institutional stakeholders. • Organize and coordinate student recruitment activities, information sessions, workshops, partner meetings, and promotional events, and monitor the effectiveness of outreach initiatives by tracking inquiries, referrals, and enrolment-related marketing results.
