Experience: • Experience in the similar field is an asset. Responsibilities and Duties: • Prepare soil and fields for planting crops. • Plant, water, fertilize, and harvest fruits and vegetables. • Pick and collect crops carefully by hand. • Sort, pack, and prepare produce for transportation. • Load and unload farm supplies and harvested products. • Clean work areas, harvest bins, trays, and equipment. • Assist with general farm maintenance and upkeep.
