Experience: • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Farmer is required. Responsibilities and Duties: • Supervise farm workers and equipment operators in daily activities. • Assign tasks such as planting, watering, harvesting, and crop maintenance. • Monitor general farm operations. • Train new employees on farm procedures and safety practices. • Prepare work schedules and coordinate daily duties. • Ensure crops and produce meet company quality standards. • Maintain records of production, supplies, and worker activities. • Supervise and maintain farm tools, machinery, and equipment. • Order farm materials and supplies when required. • Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness standards are followed.
