Food Service Supervisor.

Develop and implement methods to effectively meet work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks. Train staff in their specific job duties, as well as in sanitation and safety procedures to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety. Recruit and hire food service staff, selecting individuals who meet the required qualifications and fit well with the team. Ensure that both food and service consistently meet established quality control standards, addressing any deviations promptly. Handle customer complaints or concerns, providing solutions and ensuring a positive dining experience. Maintain comprehensive records of stock levels, equipment repairs, sales figures, and wastage to track performance and manage resources efficiently. Create and manage work schedules for staff, balancing coverage needs with operational demands. Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years On site: Work must be completed at the physical location.
