Tasks: Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, and food preparation tools in a safe and efficient manner during daily operations. - Coordinate and prioritize multiple food orders, ensuring timely preparation and service for dine-in, takeout, and delivery customers. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, workstations, and storage areas in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. - Prepare pizza dough and fresh ingredients daily, ensuring consistency in portioning, texture, and overall quality. - Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and kitchen materials, assisting with stock control, rotation, and reducing waste. - Cook and assemble a variety of menu items including pizzas, wings, pizza subs, chicken pitas, pastas, and various salads, following standardized recipes. - Properly store, label, and handle all food items to maintain freshness and meet health and safety requirements. - Oversee and assist kitchen staff in preparing pizzas according to restaurants recipes, ensuring accuracy in presentation and packaging. - Perform general food preparation tasks such as making sauces, cutting vegetables, and portioning ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations. - Ensure all dishes are prepared to the required temperature and quality standards, particularly during busy service periods.
