Mr. Chibap in Prince George, BC is looking for a Cook to work with our team. Title: Cook Opening: 2 positions (Permanent, Full-time) Wage: CAD 18.50 - CAD 21.50 per hour, at least 30 hours per week Benefit: 4% of gross pay or 10 days of paid vacation Location: 1604 20th Avenue, Prince George, BC V2L 4B6 Qualifications: • Completion of secondary school education • At least 2 years of cooking experience in a commercial kitchen Main Duties: • Prepare and cook Korean cuisine items from the menu, including Bulgogi, Bibimbap, Korean style fried chicken, tofu soup and other authentic Korean and Asian dishes. • Follow established recipes and plating standards • Assist in planning menus and determining appropriate food portions • Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies and ingredients • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and work area • Train kitchen staff • Support kitchen operations by coordinating with other kitchen staff during service How to apply: Please send your resume to mr.chibap@hotmail.com
