There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities Tasks • Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs • Prepare pre-qualification submissions to present clients • Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements • Prepare estimates for general expenses and overheads • Project cash flow and financing requirements • Create and submit estimate reports, quote sheets and bids forms • Advise on tendering procedures • Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems • Monitor and adjust contract expenditures • Liaise, consult and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates Benefits Health benefits • Dental plan • Health care plan Other benefits • Other benefits Employment groups This employer promotes equal employment opportunities for all job applicants, including those self-identifying as a member of these groups: Support for youths • Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth Who can apply for this job?
