Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company’s immigration, recruitment, and employment-related services. Identify new business opportunities, potential employer partners, corporate clients, and strategic partnerships. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with employers, businesses, recruitment partners, and other stakeholders. Promote the company’s recruitment and immigration support services to prospective employers and clients. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, employer hiring needs, potential markets, and opportunities for business growth. Generate business leads through networking, referrals, outreach, professional events, and other business development activities. Meet with prospective business clients to understand their workforce and recruitment requirements and recommend appropriate company services. Develop proposals, presentations, service packages, and business development materials for prospective clients and partners. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing employer clients and identify opportunities for additional services and long-term partnerships. Establish business development goals, monitor performance, and prepare reports on leads, client acquisition, partnerships, and growth activities. Represent the company at networking events, business meetings, recruitment events, and community or industry functions.
