This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, interacting with clients, and working in a professional healthcare environment. Work Environment • On-site position • Clinic setting • Fast-paced and professional work environment • No remote work option available Key Responsibilities • Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries • Sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically • Send and receive messages • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks • Prepare invoices and bank deposits • Provide general information to clients and the public • Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing • Order office supplies and maintain inventory • Perform data entry • Provide customer service • File material in storage area • Label files according to retention and disposal schedules • Label, file and retrieve documents • Organize and schedule office work Qualifications • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required • Previous office or administrative experience is considered an asset • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism • Basic computer and administrative knowledge • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills Personal Suitability We are looking for candidates who are: • Hardworking • Reliable and punctual • Organized and efficient • Customer-service oriented • Able to work independently and as part of a team Security & Safety • Criminal record check required Eligibility Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
