Truck Drivers.

Rapidx Transport Inc., located at 910 Mid-Way Blvd, Mississauga, ON, L5T 1T9 is looking to hire five Truck Drivers to operate tractor-trailers, dry vans, dry bulk and refrigerated trailers. Candidates must have a minimum of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and a valid AZ class driver's licence with an Air Brakes Endorsement. Previous experience will be considered an asset. The hourly wage is $37.00. This is a permanent, full-time position with 32 to 44 working hours per week. The following are the job duties: • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials. • Inspect and monitor vehicle conditions, including tires, lights, brakes, refrigeration systems and other equipment. • Perform brake adjustments as required. • Conduct pre-trip, en-route and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance. • Perform preventive maintenance and report any mechanical issues. • Receive and relay information to central dispatch. • Maintain accurate records of cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption.
