Spa Manager.

Company Info: ARMIN'S BEAUTY AFFAIR provides various local award-winning services including hair removal, waxing, makeup, Botox, nail, facial etc. in the beauty industry. The shop is located at the 1181 Hollis Street, Halifax and 31 Kings Wharf Place, Dartmouth. We are currently recruiting a Spa manager for our Dartmouth location, and preference will be given to those who worked in related industry. Job Duties: • Plan, organize and oversee the daily operations of the spa. • Establish and implement workplace procedures and service standards for staff. • Prepare staff schedules, assign duties and monitor employee performance. • Plan and control operating expenses, product inventory and spa supplies. • Respond to client inquiries and complaints and resolve service-related issues. • Coordinate advertising, promotional and marketing activities. • Recruit, train and supervise spa employees. Wage: $30 - 35/ hour for 30 - 40 hours/ week Qualifications: Minimum College diploma. English or French is required.
