Astele Beauty Ltd. is looking for a Spa Manager to work with our team. Title: Spa Manager Opening: 1 position (Permanent, Full-time) Salary: CAD 39.00 - 41.00 per hour, At least 30 hours per week Benefit: 4% of gross pay or 10 days of paid vacation Location: 5425 Shortcut Rd, Vancouver, BC V6T 0E1 Requirements: • Completion of secondary school • College diploma or certificate is an asset. • At least 1 year of work experience in a related field Main Duties: • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations of the spa • Establish and implement policies, treatment protocols, and sanitation procedures for staff • Plan and control the operating budget and manage inventory of skincare products and supplies • Manage advertising and marketing initiatives, including promotions and bridal packages • Hire, train, schedule, and supervise spa staff • Address client complaints and oversee consultations to maintain client relationships How to apply: Please send your resume to hr.astelebeauty@outlook.com
