Post-secondary education in an electrical, roofing, or engineering field may substitute for required work experience. Work experience required: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in electrical work, residential or commercial roofing, residential installation or servicing, or a related field is required for the position. On-the-job training may be required for candidates with experience in related fields. Language requirement: Fluent communication in English is required for the position. Skills required: Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds; must be able to work in a variety of seasonal conditions; must be comfortable working at heights and bending, stretching, and sitting, and kneeling; Class 5 driver’s license is required for transportation between worksites during work hours.
