Sales supervisor.

Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers. Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules. Authorize payments and handle returns. Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages. Maintain inventory levels and place orders. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters. Hire, train, and monitor the performance of staff. Ensure visual standards and store image are maintained. Perform duties alongside supervised workers if necessary. Take on key holding and managerial responsibilities, such as opening/closing the store, managing complaints, developing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries.
