Oversee personnel including apprentices, stage hands, and design team members. Delegate tasks to sales staff based on their roles and responsibilities. Recruit, train, and organize training sessions for employees as needed. Manage inventory by ordering merchandise and maintaining stock levels. Develop and maintain work schedules for efficient operations. Generate reports on sales performance, merchandising strategies, and personnel management. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and inventory shortages in a timely manner. Coordinate and supervise the activities of staff members.
