Working hours: 30 hours per week ? Benefit: 4% of vacation pay Job Duties ? Take full responsibility for the overall management and success of POP-IN FOOD STORE, overseeing all store operations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. ? Manage all aspects of staffing, including recruiting, training, scheduling, supervising, and retaining store employees. ? Plan and control store operations—including purchasing, merchandising, and inventory management—to ensure steady product availability and minimal waste. ? Analyze Odessa local market trends and customer preferences to determine product mix, pricing, and promotional activities. ? Establish sales targets and operational goals, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve strong financial outcomes. ? Develop and oversee budgets, revenues, and expenditures. ? Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and distributors, negotiating effectively to secure quality products and competitive pricing. ? Ensure full compliance with food safety, health, and workplace standards while fostering a safe and efficient work environment. ? Oversee store security, including key control and cash handling procedures. Skills ? Manage and oversee all store operations, including cash handling and retail systems. ? Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve sales and performance goals. ? Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive client experience. ? Prior retail management or supervisory experience required. ? Willing to relocate to a rural area. Work Conditions ?
