Job details Location: Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A 6J8 Work location: On site Salary: $21.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time Starts as soon as possible Vacancies: 1 vacancy Languages - English Education - Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience Experience - 1 to less than 7 months On site - Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Work site environment - Non-smoking Work setting - Employer's home - Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment Responsibilities - Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents - Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties - Instruct child in personal hygiene and social development - Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding child - Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home - Organize, activities such as games and outings for child - Prepare and serve nutritious meals - Supervise and care for child - Take child to and from school and to appointments - Tend to emotional well-being of child - Help child with homework Experience and specialization - School age (6 - 12 years) Security and safety - Reference required Work conditions and physical capabilities - Repetitive tasks - Attention to detail Weight handling - Up to 9 kg (20 lbs) Personal suitability - Client focus - Excellent oral communication - Flexibility - Initiative - Judgement - Organized - Reliability How to apply - By email tombarihiring@outlook.com
