Job Description: Hairstyling Salon Manager Employer: Sonu's Hair & Beauty Lounge Ltd. Location: Unit- 3, 6131,200 Street, Langley, BC, V2Y 1A2 Workplace information: On site (work must be completed at the physical location; no remote work option) Salary: $38.50 hourly Hours: 35 hours per week Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time Start date: As soon as possible Vacancies: 1 Job Overview: Language Requirement: • English Education: • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent relevant experience. Experience: • Experience in a similar field is an asset. Responsibilities and Duties: • Plan, organize, and oversee the daily operations of the salon. • Set up and follow workplace rules, policies, and procedures for staff. • Manage the budget, track expenses, and control product inventory. • Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints, and solve issues quickly. • Arrange and manage advertising and promotional activities for the salon. • Hire new employees, train them, and supervise their work. • Assign tasks and responsibilities to staff members. • Ensure high-quality customer service and smooth salon operations.
