RED SWAN PIZZA Food Service Supervisor Permanent, full-time opportunity in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan Employer Red Swan Pizza Location 1607 2nd Avenue West, Prince Albert, SK S6V 5B7 Wage $17.10 per hour Hours 40 hours per week Employment Permanent, full time; on-site work only Schedule Morning, day, evening, night and weekend shifts Start date As soon as possible Vacancies 1 position Requirements • Language: English • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years • Food Safety Certificate • Criminal record check Key responsibilities • Establish methods to meet work schedules and prepare staff work schedules. • Requisition food and kitchen supplies and estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation. • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food. • Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures and workplace safety practices. • Ensure that food preparation and customer service meet established quality-control standards. • Address customer complaints or concerns professionally. • Maintain records relating to stock, repairs, sales and wastage. • Supervise and check the assembly of trays. • Supervise a team of 5 to 10 people.
