Food Service Supervisor.

Work location: 441 Tenth St., Brandon, MB, R7A 4G3 Wage: 17.45 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week Nature of employment: Term or contract & Full time (Shift, Night, On call, Day, Weekend, Overtime available) Start date: As soon as possible Number of vacancy: 1 Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years On site:Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Work setting Restaurant Job Duties Establish methods to meet work schedules. Requisition food and kitchen supplies. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepared and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Prepare budget and cost estimates. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Prepare and submit reports. Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres. Establish work schedules.
