Tasks: Co-ordinate special events Determine the size of food portions and costs Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef Inspect kitchens and food service areas Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food Supervise kitchen staff and helpers Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment Clean kitchen and work areas Manage kitchen operations Wage: $18 – 20/hour for at least 30 hours/ week Positions available: 2 Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience; specialty in Thai cuisine Benefits: Gratuities Free parking available Learning/training paid by employer Paid time off (volunteering or personal days) Team building opportunities Please send your resume to whitelotusrecruit@gmail.com with cover letter.
