Experience: • Experience in a similar field is an asset. Responsibilities and Duties: • Prepare and cook complete meals. • Requisition and managing inventory of food and kitchen supplies • Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are maintained in the kitchen. • Co-ordinate activities of kitchen helpers and assist in their training. • Operate and maintain commercial kitchen and cooking equipment safely and efficiently. • Make sure the finished goods and ingredients are fresh.
