Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules and coordinate activities with other subcontractors to ensure timely project completion. Oversee workers engaged in repairing a wide variety of products, including musical instruments, sports equipment, vending machines, bicycles, and cameras. Train staff on job responsibilities, safety procedures, and company policies to maintain high standards of performance. Monitor work quality, resolve problems, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Requisition and manage materials and supplies to ensure smooth workflow. Prepare work progress reports for management review. Recommend personnel actions, including hiring, promotions, and staffing adjustments. May manage the operations of the company and supervise related apprentices, helpers, and laborers.
