Description Chand Brothers Hospitality Ltd. O/A Bayleaf- Indian Fusion located at 600 Cran brook St. North, Cran brook, BC, V1 C3R7 is looking for Assistant Manager, Restaurant. The candidate should either have minimum of 6 months of related experience or certificate/Diploma/training in relevant field. Pay per hour will be $37.00 per hour. This is a permanent full-time position with 30-40 hours per week. Some of the duties of the care: 1. Help plan and look after the daily work of the restaurant to keep operations smooth. 2. Assist in deciding services to offer and follow the restaurant's procedures. 3. Help hire staff, train new employees, and guide the team in their work. 4. Make staff schedules, give tasks, and check on their performance. 5. Work with suppliers to order food and other items and keep track of stock. 6. Talk to customers, solve complaints, and make sure health and safety rules are followed.
