We offer: • Vacancy: 1 • Wage: $36.00 per hour • Hours: 30 - 40 Hours / Week Terms of employment: • Full time, permanent position • Job start date: As soon as possible • Work schedule: Early morning, Evening, Shift, Morning, Night, Day, Weekend • Primary Employment location: 10520 – 111 Avenue NW, Edmonton, AB T5G 0B6 Duties and responsibilities: • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure efficient service, quality standards and smooth workflow. • Apply McDonald's policies, procedures and operational standards while supporting consistent restaurant performance. • Recruit, train, supervise and provide ongoing guidance to restaurant, cleaning and maintenance staff. • Support employee development through coaching, feedback and performance monitoring. • Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, food safety and workplace safety. • Address customer concerns and resolve operational issues to maintain customer satisfaction. • Monitor inventory levels, sales performance and operating costs to support effective restaurant management. • Coordinate with suppliers for food, equipment, maintenance services and other restaurant-related supplies. • Prepare operational reports, monitor budgets and communicate performance updates to senior management. • Inspect restaurant facilities, equipment and premises to identify safety, cleanliness and maintenance requirements. • Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance and servicing of restaurant equipment and facilities as required. • Oversee cleaning and maintenance activities to ensure the restaurant remains safe, functional and aligned with McDonald's standards.
