Overview Languages English Education Bachelor's degree Experience 5 years or more On site Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Budgetary responsibility $500,001 - $1,500,000 Responsibilities Tasks Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures Assign projects to subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations and employee relations Direct staff Plan and control budget and expenditures Manage contracts Oversee the analysis of employee data and information Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures Supervision 16-20 people Who can apply for this job?
