Position: Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor (NOC 72020) Wage Rate: $45/hour Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week (8 hours/day) Start Date: As soon as possible Language: English Education: Completion of high school is required. Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Mechanical repair Position available: 1 Work Location: 11651 Twigg Pl, Richmond, BC V6V 2K7 Business Location: 11651 Twigg Pl, Richmond, BC V6V 2K7 What You Will Do: - Lead and supervise teams responsible for repairing and maintaining heavy-duty machinery such as cranes, excavators, balers, shears, loaders, and hydraulic equipment used in metal recycling. - Coordinate maintenance schedules, troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic issues, and ensure equipment performance is optimized. - Manage parts procurement, supervise repair activities, and train team members on safety and operational procedures. - Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards while supporting continuous recycling operations.
