Car Dealership Manager Employer: SKYHIGH motors Location: 16065 Fraser Hwy, Surrey, BC, V4N 0G2 Workplace information: On site (work must be completed at the physical location; no remote work option) Salary: $45.00 hourly Hours: 35 hours per week Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time Start date: As soon as possible Vacancies: 1 Language Requirement: • English Education: • Completion of Secondary School is required. Experience: • Minimum 2 year of experience is required. Responsibilities and Duties: • Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the dealership’s vehicle sales department to achieve sales targets and operational goals. • Supervise sales representatives and support staff, assign work responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide ongoing guidance. • Analyze customer purchasing patterns, local market conditions, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and support business growth. • Establish vehicle pricing, financing options, and promotional offers to maximize sales and profitability. • Develop and implement advertising, digital marketing, social media, and customer outreach initiatives to increase dealership visibility and sales. • Prepare sales forecasts, oversee departmental budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenue performance. • Resolve customer concerns, enhance service standards, and ensure a positive vehicle purchasing experience for clients. • Recruit, train, mentor, and retain qualified sales staff while supporting workforce planning and employee development.
