Food Service Supervisor - Dairy Queen Job details • Location: 5500 Ferry Street, Niagara Falls, ON, L2G 1S4 • Work location: On site • Salary: 36.00 hourly / 30 hours per week • Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time • Flexible hours • Starts as soon as possible • Vacancies: 1 vacancy Overview Languages English Education • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 2 years to less than 3 years On site Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities Tasks • Establish methods to meet work schedules • Requisition food and kitchen supplies • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation • Hire food service staff • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards • Prepare budget and cost estimates • Address customers' complaints or concerns • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage • Prepare and submit reports • Establish work schedules Additional information Personal suitability • Client focus • Efficient interpersonal skills • Excellent oral communication • Flexibility • Team player • Initiative Who can apply for this job?
