General Farm Worker- Harvesting Employer: A&A Fraser Valley Produce Location: 46825 Bailey Rd, Chilliwack, BC, V2R 2S8 Workplace information: On site (work must be completed at the physical location; no remote work option) Salary: $18.25 hourly Hours: 40 hours per week Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time Start date: As soon as possible Vacancies: 28 Language Requirement: • English Education: • There are no education requirements. Experience: • Experience in the similar field is an asset. Responsibilities and Duties: • Prepare soil and fields for planting crops. • Plant, water, fertilize, and harvest fruits and vegetables. • Pick and collect crops carefully by hand. • Sort, pack, and prepare produce for transportation. • Load and unload farm supplies and harvested products. • Clean work areas, harvest bins, trays, and equipment. • Assist with general farm maintenance and upkeep. • Keep basic records of harvested produce and daily work.
