Farm Supervisor Employer: A&A Fraser Valley Produce Location: 46825 Bailey Rd, Chilliwack, BC, V2R 2S8 Workplace information: On site (work must be completed at the physical location; no remote work option) Salary: $22.00 hourly Hours: 40 hours per week Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time Start date: As soon as possible Vacancies: 5 Language Requirement: • English Education: • Completion of Secondary School is required. Experience: • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Farmer is required. Responsibilities and Duties: • Supervise farm workers and equipment operators in daily activities. • Assign tasks such as planting, watering, harvesting, and crop maintenance. • Monitor general farm operations. • Train new employees on farm procedures and safety practices. • Prepare work schedules and coordinate daily duties. • Ensure crops and produce meet company quality standards. • Maintain records of production, supplies, and worker activities. • Supervise and maintain farm tools, machinery, and equipment. • Order farm materials and supplies when required. • Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness standards are followed.
