Job Description: Restaurant Manager Employer: Agom Holding’s Corporation O/A Subway Location: #2,131 Aspen Drive, Sparwood, BC, V0B 2G0 Workplace information: On site (work must be completed at the physical location; no remote work option) Salary: $38.00 hourly Hours: 35 hours per week Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time Start date: As soon as possible Vacancies: 1 Job Overview: Language Requirement: • English Education: • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Experience: • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar field is required. Responsibilities and Duties: • Plan, direct, and evaluate all restaurant operations, ensuring achievement of financial targets, service excellence, and overall business performance. • Develop and implement operational strategies, service standards, pricing structures, and procedures to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer experience. • Manage budgets, analyze financial reports and KPIs, control costs, and implement revenue optimization strategies to maximize profitability. • Lead full-cycle human resource management, including recruitment, training, scheduling, performance management, and labour cost control. • Oversee inventory management and procurement, including contract management, and supply chain coordination to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards. • Ensure high-level customer satisfaction by resolving escalated complaints, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and developing catering and event opportunities to drive additional revenue. • Manage and control operating budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and implement corrective actions to ensure financial objectives are met.
