Job Description
Languages English Education College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience Experience 2 years to less than 3 years Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities Tasks Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory Demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff Create new recipes Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff Consult with clients regarding weddings, banquets and specialty functions Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards Experience and specialization Cuisine specialties Cantonese cuisine Thai Vietnamese cuisine Who can apply for this job?
