This multifaceted business aims to provide customers with a diverse range of offerings, including the sale of alcoholic beverages such as beer, wine, and spirits, alongside the provision of dining services. Language Requirement: • English Education: • Completion of Secondary School is required. Experience: • Experience is an asset, however, on the job training will be provided to unexperienced candidates. Responsibilities and Duties: • Greet clients and take food and beverage orders. • Prepare basic food items by washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients by hand and using kitchen equipment. • Operate kitchen appliances such as fryers, grills, ovens, and beverage dispensers to prepare menu items. • Arrange and combine prepared food items, place them on serving plates, and pack orders for takeaway. • Prepare hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, milkshakes, and specialty beverages. • Serve customers at the front counter and tables ensure prompt and friendly service. • Refill and organize refrigerators, condiment stations, and display areas. • Maintain cleanliness of the work area, counters, and food preparation surfaces. • Manage customer payments. • Always follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
