Job Position: Cook Number of Job Openings: 1 Language at Work: English Job Description: • Prepare and cook a variety of ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook menu items, including bento boxes, fried foods, noodles, and other hot dishes. • Adhere to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines to maintain consistent taste, quality, and appearance. • Monitor cooking times and temperatures and ensure strict compliance with Canadian food safety and sanitation regulations. • Contribute to menu development by assisting with the creation of new seasonal dishes and improving existing offerings. • Provide guidance and support to kitchen assistants, overseeing food preparation tasks, cleanliness, and safe kitchen practices. Job Requirement: - Completion of secondary school required. - Min. 1-2 years of commercial cooking experience required.
