Job Description

Responsibilities: - Assess short-term rental products and related digital services to determine integrated growth marketing and advertising requirements across domestic and international markets. - Develop and implement comprehensive digital, content, and performance marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives and cross-market expansion goals. - Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads), ensuring efficient customer acquisition, campaign scalability, and measurable ROI. - Apply data-driven optimization methodologies, including structured A/B testing, KPI analysis, and budget reallocation decisions, to improve acquisition funnels, conversion efficiency, and overall marketing effectiveness. - Monitor and evaluate campaign performance across channels, translating data insights into actionable growth strategies and continuous performance improvement. - Lead and coordinate cross-platform social media ecosystems across Xiaohongshu (Red Note), WeChat Official Accounts, WeChat Channels, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, ensuring platform-specific strategy differentiation while maintaining consistent brand positioning. - Design platform-differentiated content and engagement strategies based on user behavior patterns, content formats, and algorithmic distribution mechanisms unique to each ecosystem. - Conduct market and audience analysis to support user acquisition, channel expansion, and cross-border marketing initiatives. - Prepare or oversee the preparation of marketing and communication materials, including performance reports, campaign briefs, presentations, website content, and PR materials. - Coordinate promotional campaigns, events, and brand initiatives aimed at strengthening brand visibility, engagement, and measurable customer growth. - Respond professionally to written and oral inquiries related to company brand, short-term rental services, and promotional initiatives. Required Qualifications: - Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field. - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital advertising analysis, and end-to-end digital marketing execution. - Proven experience managing paid digital advertising initiatives, including campaign structure design, optimization logic, and performance evaluation across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads. - Demonstrated experience operating within multi-platform and cross-market digital ecosystems, including WeChat, Douyin, Red Note, YouTube, and TikTok, with an understanding of platform-specific content, engagement, and growth dynamics. - Strong data and analytical mindset, with demonstrated experience using KPIs, ROI analysis, and A/B testing to drive optimization decisions rather than descriptive reporting. - Professional certifications in digital marketing or analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpot, or equivalent industry-recognized credentials).
