Business Address: 14615 67B Ave, Surrey, British Columbia, V3S 0Z4 Work Location: Various construction sites across Metro Vancouver, BC Wage: $32.00 per hour Hours: 32–40 hours per week Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent ________________________________________ Job Description: Master Drywall Ltd., located in Surrey, British Columbia, is currently seeking Carpenters to join our growing construction team. The successful candidates will perform a range of structural and finishing carpentry tasks on residential and commercial projects across Metro Vancouver. ________________________________________ Job Duties: • Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work scope, materials, and construction requirements. • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel materials using hand and power tools. • Construct and install structural components such as foundations, floor systems, subfloors, interior and exterior wall frameworks, and roof structures. • Install and finish carpentry elements including windows, doors, stair components, trims, mouldings, and associated hardware. • Perform repair, renovation, and modification of existing structures to meet project specifications and building standards. • Ensure all carpentry work is completed in compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and quality requirements. ________________________________________ Job Requirements: • Minimum high school education required. • Minimum 6 months of relevant carpentry experience OR • Completion of a Trade Certificate or Diploma in carpentry or a related field. • Ability to work at different job sites across Metro Vancouver. • Physically capable of performing construction-related tasks. ________________________________________ How to Apply: Interested applicants may apply by: ????
