Job Description The incumbent performs some or all of the following duties in support of the organization’s education service development and market strategy: • Develop and support policies, programs, and analytical frameworks to promote the organization’s education services and talent development initiatives within the international student market. • Design market research questionnaires and research frameworks related to international education demand, student capability development, and career-oriented education services. • Conduct social and economic surveys at local, regional, and national levels to assess trends in international education, graduate employment outcomes, and long-term talent development needs. • Plan and support the development of new education programs and service initiatives, coordinating research activities with internal teams, partner institutions, employers, and external stakeholders. • Assess market and business opportunities related to education services, professional training, and student development programs, and support strategy formulation for sustainable growth and partnership development. • Respond to inquiries from students, partners, and external stakeholders regarding education programs, career development pathways, and market opportunities, supported by data-driven analysis. • Review and evaluate proposals for new education services, training programs, or strategic partnerships, and provide analytical advice on implementation requirements and feasibility. • Conduct surveys and analyze data related to student preferences, service satisfaction, learning outcomes, and program effectiveness. • Evaluate education service delivery models, student experience environments, and digital platforms to identify areas for improvement. • Conduct research on learners, competing education service providers, and the broader education market to identify trends and optimize program design and marketing strategies. • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing, outreach, and promotional campaigns to recommend data-driven improvements and enhance student engagement. • Develop social and economic profiles of international student groups and regional education markets to support strategic planning and service positioning. • Prepare research reports, analytical papers, internal strategy documents, and educational materials to support management decision-making and program development. • Develop and apply digital education, online service, and platform-based strategies, including support for e-learning and technology-enabled education services. • Provide analytical consultation and research support for the planning, launch, and optimization of new education services and student development initiatives. Job Requirements: • Master’s degree or above in Economics, Management, Business Analytics, Market Research, or Sustainability-related fields. • Overseas education experience within a recognized higher education system, particularly in North America or other Commonwealth countries, with a strong understanding of the full international student lifecycle—from academic planning and career preparation to long-term professional development. Graduates from research-oriented comprehensive universities (Research Universities) are preferred. • Proficient in at least two statistical or data analysis tools (such as STATA, R, Python, Tableau, etc.), with hands-on experience applying analytical results to directly support curriculum design, education service optimization, or business decision-making. • Proven experience in cross-departmental or cross-organizational collaboration, with the ability to provide analytical support across research, marketing, and business teams. Experience in digital marketing, online products, or platform-based service analysis or implementation is required. This position is not intended for candidates whose experience is limited to purely execution-focused marketing roles, IT positions, or routine reporting/BI analysis.
