Restaurant Manager Wanted The Kitchen Korean Restaurant Job Description The Kitchen, located at 2620 Sasamat St, Vancouver, BC V6R 4A8 Canada, is currently looking for one (1) permanent, full time Restaurant Manager experienced. If you are interested, please submit your resume by e-mail. • Position: Restaurant Manager • Vacancies: One (1) • Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent • Compensation: $36.60 per hour • Working hours: 30~40 hours per week • Benefits: 4 % of vacation pay / Free meals at work and tips Job Duties • Hire, train, and develop all restaurant staff and conduct performance reviews • Direct, organize, evaluate, and implement operational procedures for the restaurant • Ensure that health and safety regulations and provincial liquor legislation are followed • Control and order food and beverage supplies and inventory, and monitor food preparation and methods • Oversee and optimize end-to-end restaurant operations, including multi-channel online delivery order management and in store service workflows. • Provide customer service and resolve customer complaints or concerns • Plan and coordinate with suppliers to maintain food, inventory, and other supplies • Organize marketing initiatives, such as special restaurant events and promotions • Develop marketing strategies by utilizing social media networks • Maintain work schedules, process payroll, and balance cash • Provide administrative support in developing budgets and completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms • Monitor revenues and costs of products and services • Ability to work shifts (day, evening, night, and/or weekends) Work Conditions & Skills • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Attention to detail • Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, Flexibility, Reliability, Organized, Dependability, Accurate, Client focus, Effective interpersonal skills, Team player, Requirements • Completion of Secondary School. • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a restaurant supervisory role • Restaurant management experience in a high volume, fast paced food service environment is an asset Contact Information: The Kitchen • Work Location: 2620 Sasamat St, Vancouver, BC V6R 4A8, Canada • E-mail: thekitchenhiring@outlook.com We welcome applicants from underrepresented groups including newcomers, youth, asylum seekers with valid work authorization and/or first nations.
