We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for our organization in Burlington, Ontario. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will be crucial as you lead our restaurant team. JOB DUTIES • Oversee and manage all daily restaurant operations, including planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating activities; • Create staff schedules and oversee employee performance; • Recruit staff and oversee staff training; • Manage inventory, track revenue, and adjust procedures and pricing as needed; • Address customer concerns and ensure compliance with health and safety standards; • Ensure food safety compliance at all times, including HACCP logs; • Ensure all KPIs are met and are being tracked and reported on a timely basis • Obtain any refunds from third-party service providers on a timely basis Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
