Please send your resume and cover letter to info@bsginfotech.ca JOB DUTIES • Collaborate closely with clients to identify and document comprehensive business process requirements. • Conduct in-depth analysis of information systems processes and draft the current state, showcasing expertise in business processes related to the Banking domain. • Prepare detailed reports, recommendations, and alternatives, addressing existing and potential challenges in existing IT system processes. • Propose future state processes to implement innovative solutions aimed at optimizing cycle time, reducing defects, and enhancing overall process efficiency in accordance with IT industry standards. • Develop, implement, and continuously improve information system business solutions and enhancements. • Lead and execute comprehensive testing of recommended solutions, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon policies, security, and service delivery SLAs. • Analyze formal test results with precision, identifying and reporting defects, bugs, errors, and configuration issues in accordance with established IT quality assurance protocols. • Act as a strategic liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. • Demonstrate expert understanding of Business Process Analysis and applications like LasePro Mortgage, ACI-Postillion and JIRA.
