Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time, Weekend, Day, Evening shift, if required Language: Basic English Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible Education: Completion of high school Experience: 1 or more years of experience as a Helper is required Licences: Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle required, WHMIS, Fall Protection, First Aid, Aerial Platform certificates required Positions Available: 01 Business Locations: 106-9295 198 street, Langley, BC, V1M 3J9 Work Locations: Various Locations in Lower Mainland, BC Job Duties: Inspect, measure and mark surfaces to be covered Use power tools, sander, saw, etc. Sand and rill deck, install flashings Measure, cut and install resilient floor covering using adhesive, rollers and other hand tools Install hardwood floors, such as strip floors, block floors or plank floors, using glue, staples, nails or other means Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings Working Conditions: Heavy workloads, stand, bend, crouch and kneel. Job is physically demanding, ability to lift 50lbs is required. Work outdoors in cold, hot, rainy weather. Safety apparel required.
