Job Description
We are hiring an Eavestrough Installer to install, service, and repair eavestrough (gutter) systems on residential and commercial buildings. This role aligns with NOC 73200 – Residential and commercial installers and servicers. Key Responsibilities: Measure and mark placement for eavestroughs and downspouts Cut, assemble, and install eavestrough (gutters), elbows, corners, outlets, and downspouts Secure hangers/brackets and fasteners; ensure correct slope and alignment for proper drainage Seal joints and connections to prevent leaks Inspect completed installations and perform service/repairs (leaks, loose sections, blockages, damaged parts) Use and maintain ladders, hand tools, and power tools safely Follow jobsite safety rules, including working-at-heights practices Employment Requirements Secondary school 1-7 months experience Ability to work at heights and outdoors in varying weather Physically fit (lifting/carrying materials, climbing ladders) Preferred Assets Previous eavestrough installation experience Good measuring skills and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
