Job Description

Seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team Responsibilities Tasks • Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc. • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences • Determine and establish office procedures and routines • Schedule and confirm appointments • Manage contracts • Manage training and development strategies • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information • Answer electronic enquiries • Compile data, statistics and other information • Oversee the preparation of reports • Order office supplies and maintain inventory • Oversee payroll administration • Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents Qualifications: Languages English Education College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year Experience 2 years to less than 3 years Full-time (30+ hours per week), permanent position Work location 2215 PEGASUS WAY NE Calgary, AB T2E 8T2 Work must be completed at the physical location.
