Shreeswaminarayan Food Inc. O/A Panago Pizza, located at 216 Anderson Street, Nelson, BC, V1L 3X7, is currently seeking qualified Pizza Cooks to join our team. This is a permanent full-time position with 30 to 40 hours per week, with part-time opportunities available. Salary: $17.85 per hour Job Location: On-site Job Responsibilities: Prepare, assemble, and cook a variety of Panago signature pizzas, individual dishes and foods, according to company recipes and standards. Ensure consistency in taste, portion control, and presentation of all pizzas and side menu items such as breadsticks, wings, and salads. Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to meet health and safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza prep stations, kitchen equipment, and work area at all times. Monitor ingredient levels and communicate with the supervisor or manager for timely replenishment of stock. Assist with training new kitchen staff on Panago Pizza’s preparation and cooking procedures. Requirements: Minimum of 6 months of relevant cooking or pizza-making experience, or a certificate/diploma/training in a culinary-related field.
