Location: 1103 8th Street East, Suite B, Saskatoon, SK, S7H 0S3 Workplace: Saskatoon, Saskatchewan Salary: $23.00 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week Vacancy: 1 Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time Overview Dil Chahal Construction Ltd. is a trusted construction company based at Saskatoon, SK. Our expertise includes drywall installation, steel framing, T bar ceilings, house renovations, insulation, and texturing services for both residential and commercial projects. We are currently looking for a Construction Helper to join our crew in Saskatoon, SK. • Languages: English • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required • Experience: Will train Key Responsibilities • Load, unload, and transport construction materials • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, concrete forms, shoring, ramps, catwalks, and barricades • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites • Perform routine maintenance work • Clean and pile salvaged materials • Tend or feed construction machines or equipment • Assisting other tradespersons such as steel stud framers, carpenters, and drywall installers. • Assisting in framing houses, taping walls, building roofs, and aiding in other activities. Work Conditions & Requirements: • Physically demanding environment • Repetitive tasks • Must be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) • Must be comfortable working outdoors and on the move Personal Suitability: • Team player • Hardworking and dependable • Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures Who Can Apply?
