Job Title: Truck Dispatcher (NOC 14404) Company: BCD Transport Inc Location: 2366 Ave C North, Suite 108B, Saskatoon, SK, S7L 5X5 Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: $33.60 per hour Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week Work Schedule: Day, Early Morning, Evening, Morning Start Date: As soon as possible Vacancies: 1 Job Overview: BCD Transport Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Truck Dispatcher to manage our fleet’s scheduling, monitor transport activities, and ensure smooth logistical operations. This is an on-site role requiring strong coordination skills, knowledge of transportation regulations, and the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities: • Dispatch drivers based on schedules and work orders • Advise drivers on traffic conditions and logistics challenges • Track shipments and maintain accurate vehicle operator logs • Operate radio and dispatch equipment • Record fuel usage, mileage, repairs, and related expenses • Respond to urgent and emergency situations • Ensure time sheets, payroll summaries, and logs are accurate • Coordinate the activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment • Maintain work records and perform general office duties • Understand cross-border regulations and highway trucking rules Education & Experience Requirements: • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate • 7 months to less than 1 year of dispatching or related experience • Language of Work: English Work Conditions: • On-site work only • Attention to detail and ability to work independently • Fast-paced environment and ability to handle pressure Personal Suitability: • Client-focused • Well-organized • Strong team player Who Can Apply: You are eligible to apply if you are: • A Canadian citizen • A permanent resident of Canada • A temporary resident with a valid Canadian work permit How to Apply: By Email: bcdtransport23@gmail.com Subject Line: Application – Truck Dispatcher Position We thank all applicants for their interest; only those selected for interviews will be contacted.
