Job Title: Kitchen Helper (NOC 65201) Company: THE FLATS EATERY + DRINK Location: 220 1175 Nicholson Road, Estevan, SK, S4A 2S7 Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: $15.00 per hour Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week Work Schedule: Day, Evening, Morning, Night, Weekend Start Date: As soon as possible Vacancies: 1 Job Overview: THE FLATS EATERY + DRINK is looking for an energetic and reliable Kitchen Helper to support our kitchen team in delivering top-quality service. If you're motivated, physically capable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities: • Clean, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit • Receive, unpack, and store food supplies • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, storage spaces, and equipment • Operate dishwashers and clean dishes, glassware, and flatware • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs • Assist in basic food preparation, packaging take-out items, and portioning food • Stock refrigerators and salad bars • Replenish condiments and supplies at service stations • Handle garbage disposal and kitchen waste Qualifications: • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate • No experience required – training will be provided • Must be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) • Language: English Personal Suitability: • Positive attitude • Team player • Ability to multitask • Willingness to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment Work Conditions: • Must work on-site at the restaurant • Repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods • Shift work, including weekends and holidays, may be required Who Can Apply: We invite applications from: • Canadian citizens and permanent residents • Temporary residents with a valid Canadian work permit How to Apply: By Email: careers_estevan@theflatseatery.ca Subject Line: Application – Kitchen Helper Position We appreciate all interest in this opportunity; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
