Align these strategies with the overall business objectives and ensure they effectively target the desired audience. - Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational marketing policies and programs. Ensure optimal use of resources to maximize efficiency and achieve sales and marketing goals. - Authorize and organize the establishment of marketing segments and senior staff positions within the sales and advertising division of the brokerage. Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of key personnel to build a robust and effective team. - Coordinate the activities of the marketing team to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing efforts across all areas of the business. Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to drive unified and effective strategies. - Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls within the marketing department. Develop annual budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial accountability. Approve promotional campaigns and overall human resources planning to support business objectives. - Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to achieve these objectives. Continuously evaluate and refine policies to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs. - Represent Woodhouse Realty, or delegate representatives, in negotiations and other official industry partnerships. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, and influencers. - Delegate the necessary authority to the middle level marketing manager and create optimum working conditions to ensure high performance and job satisfaction. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to capitalize on market trends and drive competitive advantage. - Oversee the development and execution of advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation. Ensure all marketing communications align with the brand’s values and messaging. - Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities. Provide regular reports to senior management on progress and results, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Oversee the management of customer relationships and ensure a high level of service is consistently delivered. - Prepare and implement a sub brokerage model for expanding Woodhouse Realty’s presence across the lower mainland region. Ensure that all new brokerage locations adhere to the company's standards and operational procedures. - Identify and recruit suitable brokerage leads, providing them with the necessary training and support to ensure the successful establishment and operation of new brokerage locations.
